Commercial office condos are a good idea for businesses that want to own their own space without all of the headaches that go along with ownership. With an office condominium, small business owners can purchase a space, build equity, and then sell the space if and when they choose.

Office condos are not a new concept, but they are becoming increasingly popular, and Commercial Asset Partners Realty has seen success for business owners who’ve bought office condos. As one example, the 65,000-square- foot Devonwood Office Park in Land O’ Lakes has had no foreclosures, with no distressed situations negatively impacting the property.

Devonwood has professionally landscaped grounds and a quality SR 54 location. One building is fully leased and owned by the developer, while the other Class A office buildings are owner-occupied. By sharing costs, the owners have a high level of amenities without having to handle the costs by themselves.
