David is a commercial associate with over 25 years of experience. The focus in his career has been on representing Developers and Owners of income producing property. He has successfully leased and/or sold over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate. He specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail real estate. His unique background in development and marketing of real estate along with his extensive experience allows him to understand all aspect of a real estate transaction. His dedication to his clients and his diligence toward their needs has afforded David the ability to establish many long term and mutually respected client relationships.

David specializes in the development, sales and leasing of Professional Office, Industrial and Retail properties in West Central Florida with a focus on Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. He also specializes in tenant representation in each of these product types as well.
