Heidi earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. CCIM designees are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis. The CCIM designation requires 240 hours of graduate level study, a portfolio documenting a high volume of professional transactions, and designees must pass a day-long comprehensive examination. Only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners in the United States hold the designation, which is the most coveted and respected designation in commercial investment real estate.
