Kim is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 27 years. Kim managed a Florida residential construction company where she was responsible for the development of several single family communities throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties. This experience led to her successful career practicing residential real estate where she specialized in working with investors during the peak growth period. In 2008 Kim transitioned into Commercial Real Estate and joined the Commercial Asset Partners Realty Team where she continues to work with distressed assets including multi-family, office, retail, and land. Kim has conducted real estate investment seminars throughout the United States and co-hosted a weekly real estate radio talk show.

Kim has established an enviable list of bank relationships and specializes in the representation and disposition of bank owned assets, performing and non-performing notes at value prices.
