We track almost every Florida commercial property that has entered the Pre-foreclosure process. Once the initial Lis Pendens is filed, we research and follow that property through the court system. We communicate with the property owner, the lender and the foreclosing Attorney. The property may travel through Bankruptcy, Foreclosure or Receivership to the Courthouse steps, then to the Lenders portfolio. Ultimately, a sale of the property to a third party is the final destination.

This property data is maintained by Commercial Asset Partners Realty at a considerable investment of time and money. This information is NOT for RESALE. We do not charge our Investor Clients for access to the information on the properties that we may disclose to them. THERE IS NO UPFRONT FEE. However, in consideration of this access we require a COMMITMENT from the Investor. Any transaction that may come about on a specific property that we have identified and presented, will generate a commission to us from either Buyer or Seller, or combination of both, based on the purchase price.
